What is Devil Daves Bloody Mary Sticks?

My latest arrival, just in time for Christmas this year was Devil Daves Bloody Mary Sticks! Devil Daves is a single serving bloody mary mix that just requires tomato juice, ice, and vodka and like magic, you have a cocktail.

The single serve packets from Devil Dave’s pack a punch and because they are small sleek packages, you can easily take them on he go with you anywhere like a family gathering, an airplane, or even sneak some into a lackluster bloody mary at a bar!

What is a Tropical Bloody Mary?

A tropical bloody mary recpie has a few essential elements, sweet and a little bit spicy! For this recipeI used some Skyy Pineapple Vodka. Believe it or not the sharp sweetness of pineapple combined with the umami tomato actually pair really well together!

I was actually out of regular vodka and had some pineapple vodka in my freezer, which led me to the inspiration for the tropical bloody mary recipe. Not to mention, a friend had just got back from Hawaii and brought me some fresh pineapple, perfect for the bloody mary garnish!

Sticking with the tropical theme, I also remembered I had bought this new mango habanero seasoning, paprika, and had some fresh lemon and limes on hand! So, I gathered all the ingredients and began to make my tropical concoction.

How do you make the Tropical Bloody Mary Recipe?

The whole point of Devil Daves Bloody Mary Sticks is for quickness and ease without sacrificing on flavor, so this recipe is super easy! You’ll first wet the rim of your glass with a lime then evenly coat the rim with the mango habernero seasoning, add ice to the glass. In a cocktail tin, combine the tomato juice, Devil Daves Bloody Mary stick, lemon juice, lime juice, and the paprika.

Stir and pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple, lime & lemon wedge, and a slice of red bell pepper. Sprinkle paprika over the garnish.
