A lot of people ask me for my favorite types of bloody mary mixes, especially which ones are gluten-free. To my surprise, many of the mixers that I’ve tried already are gluten-free!
Gluten-free mixers don’t only mean safe for people with celiacs disease but in my experience, it means quality, freshness, and minimal ingredients go into crafting these bloody mary mixes. Where do I find gluten-free bloody mary mixes?
You can always find gluten-free bloody mary mixes at the store but I would be cautious. Lots of grocery store bloody marys have A LOT of ingredients on the label which don’t explicitly say gluten but definitely have it hiding in there.
Use guides like these to purchase gluten-free bloody mary mix because I have spoken directly with the makers and creators of these mixers to verify they are gluten-free. I took the guesswork out reading a label with 30 ingredients and wondering if they are gluten-free or not for you! While some of these mixers can be found in restaurants and stores, you can purchase them all online!
How do I know if a mixer is gluten-free or not?
The best way to tell if a bloody mary is gluten-free is by the labeling. If there is a gluten-free label on the bottle you can be pretty sure it is so. However, what’s more telling is the ingredient list, so make sure you always check that. Sometimes the bloody mary mixers don’t have the label on the individual bottles so even more reason to check the ingredients.

Rye
