Organic Peach & Raspberry Protein Smoothies

Organic Peach & Raspberry Protein Smoothies

I know peach season is technically over but when I walked into Sprouts the other day and saw these amazingly ripe and gigantic organic peaches, I couldn’t resist picking some up for a smoothie recipe! I wasn’t necessarily on the hunt for an organic smoothie recipe but when the opportunity presented its self, I wasn’t going to turn it down!

I personally am a fan of less sweetness and more of a savory gal (hence the name Bloody Mary Obsessed), so I wanted to cut the peach smoothie recipe with some sour and juicy organic raspberries. If these ingredients aren’t in season all year, you can use frozen peaches and raspberries for the recipe!

I am allergic to bananas so it’s really difficult to find any smoothie recipes on the internet that don’t have bananas in them. I added some organic greek yogurt and organic almond milk to the recipe for some added creaminess to the smoothie, to replace the bananas.

With 17g of protein per cup, the addition of the organic greek yogurt gives you a boost of protein to complement the sugar dose. I don’t know about ya’ll but I can’t just have sugar for breakfast or I’ll be extremely jittery! I also threw in some organic chia seeds in the recipe for some added health benefits.

The organic peach and raspberry protein smoothie recipe is made with 100% organic recipes and the perfect balance between sweet and sour, with a large serving of protein so you feel refueled and energized!
