Fall Menu at Snooze: an A.M. Eatery
Fall Menu at Snooze: an A.M. Eatery
4.5 🍅’s
Fall is here. I know that makes so many of you jump for joy. UGGS, pumpkin spice lattes, oversized sweaters……..blah. Not my jam. I’m totally in love with sunshine, tan lines, and brunch by the beach. But I do love the fall colors and fall FOOD! More so, when restaurants change their menus to adopt the seasons to what’s local and fresh! I recently was privileged enough to preview Snooze’s new fall menu food and cocktails! I thank Snooze’s fall menu items and like a feather menu for helping to make this transition a little bit easier! Here’s the new menu items at Snooze that you should be trying!
Cocktails
Rummmosa
Champagne + Rum. You can’t go wrong, right? Champagne, spiced rum, orange liqueur, mint simple syrup with orange and lime juices. This cocktail is light and refreshing. The rummmosa pairs perfectly with the sweeter and rich pancakes.
Abri-ca-lav-ra
One of my favorite cocktails I’ve had recently! The honey lends a sweetness that isn’t overpowering and a floral note with a hint of mint shines through from the lavender. The apricot liqueur breathes fall flavors and the Snooze sparkling makes it light and fizzy. You won’t be disappointed in this cocktail.
Bangkok Bloody Bloody Mary
The Bangkok bloody mary has been a long-time staple on the morning cocktails menu. Herbaceous umami Is the best way to describe this bloody mary! Fish sauce, siracha, basil, cilantro, and what I believe to be, an award-winning house-made mix!
Food
BRAVOcado Toast
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! The BRAVOcado toast deserves a round of a applause! This isn’t just a basic avocado toast! Every component has a complex but delicious flavor and the red onion honey jam coupled with the roasted tomato will bring you back for an encore!
Ooo La La Frittata
Hands-down one of the best frittatas I’ve had ever!! The house-made pistou (cold sauce made from cloves of garlic, basil, and olive oil) oozes with flavor and it is perfectly topped with citronette, parmesan, and arugula. The dish is rustic, bold, and beyond delish but remains “light as a feather”.
Smashin’ Pumpkin Pancakes
There’s nothing “Mellon Collie” about the smashin’ pumpkin pancakes. I simply “Adore” them. I’m usually not a fan of pumpkin flavored things but these hit the spot! The pumpkin pancakes, maple-spiced pepitas and bourbon-infused maple syrup make this dish warm, cozy, and savory. The perfect fall comfort dish for the sweet and savory lovers alike!
So, although I’m not ecstatic about fall, the new fall menu at Snooze definitely gave me something to be excited about! The light as feather menu items are so scrumptious and healthy! I highly recommend you get to a Snooze near you ASAP and devour these new food items and cocktails. Oh, and if you were born in the 80’s, I hope you got my Smashing Pumpkins reference (insert crying/laughing emoji)!
